CM @ Risk

Similar to Design-Build, CM @ Risk allows Panattoni to provide pre-construction services during the design process to accurately budget and schedule the project early in the design process. Our experience tells us that by taking this approach, we are able to cultivate a team environment when addressing the hundreds of decisions that need to be made.

Through early involvement in the process, Panattoni gains a clear understanding of the scope of work, allowing us to put a firm price on the project long before contract drawings are complete. And we stand by that price, as a good partner does.

The only difference from the Design-Build method is that the Owner holds the contracts with the designers in a CM @ Risk contract and therefore keeps the design “risk” as well.
