Panattoni Construction served as the prime contractor for the 1 million-square-foot sporting goods distribution facility. The building includes more than 68,000 square feet of office space and more than 22,000-square-foot mezzanine.

The three-story warehouse contains a state-of-the-art automated conveying system to appropriately distribute goods for the appropriate Big 5 stores. It features an energy management system for warehouse lighting and a three-phase generator.

Situated on 46.5 acres, the facility includes 175 dock doors for convenient truck access, parking for 1,114 vehicles, a diesel fueling station and truck maintenance facility.
